What Parents Are Saying
“As first-time parents, childbirth education classes were essential to helping my husband and I feel prepared for the unknown of birth. Learning about the physical and emotional phases of birth helped us both understand where I was when the big moment finally arrived. I went from having so many questions looming before me to feeling confident that I would be able to do what millions of women before me have done. Becoming educated about my body empowered us to become active participants in my birth experience and make informed decisions about my care and also the care of our newborn daughter.”
— Anna
“My husband and I attended the childbirth classes offered by Nova and taught by Katie. These classes were invaluable as a first-time mom and really brought my husband and me closer on this journey together.”
— Stephanie
“The VBAC course gave me the strength and courage to deal with my past birth and prepare for my next one.”
— Leslie
“Your classes helped us prep so much! David was such a strong support person and had the tools necessary to keep my mind and body strong during labor. Similarly, I had the tools to know what was happening to me and to make confident decisions when I needed to. We wouldn’t have had the confidence to stay home from the hospital without the tools you gave us! It made our time spent in the hospital short and sweet with minimal interventions.”
— Elizabeth

Changes to Class Schedule:
We have you in mind any time we consider making a change to the class schedule. The reality is, in-person classes are taught by human beings. On occasion, we’ll need to reschedule a class due to instructor sickness or unforeseen circumstances. In the case that we can’t reschedule a cancelled class, we are proud to provide you with our presentation and web-hosted NOVA Birth Essentials class. We ask for your grace and understanding when these things happen, cause that’s real life. The secret is, we love spending this time with you in-person, but also respecting your schedule. We are also really proud of our films!
Make Up Policies
When you can’t make a class you intended to and have paid for, we will provide you with access to the applicable presentation and web-hosted NOVA Birth Essentials class.
